Lindsay Lohan Has White Powder On Her Dress

Lindsay Lohan spent the weekend in Milan and was all dressed in black, looking pretty good we have to say. Though, questionably, there was some suspicious looking white powder on her dress, in which we don't know what is the substance. Could it just baby powder? Or maybe a line of coke that spilled on her dress? It's expensive! Lindsay doing coke is no surprise, but where she gets the money to do it is another.
