1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 6.00am AEST Sep 12 2011 and closes 12.00pm AEST Sep 26 2011.
4. To enter, log on to www.ninetofive.com.au and follow the prompts.
5. Prize is a pair of EMU Stinger boots. Three (3) prizes in total to be won.
6. The competition will be drawn at 10.00am AEST on Sep 27 2011.
7. This is a promotion based on skill, with one winner picked based on their answer to the following question: tell us in 25 words or less, how else you like to kick back? Answers will be judged on the following criteria: humour, creativity and originality of answer
8. Winners will be notified by email, phone, or via ninetofive.com.au. The judges decision is final.
10. All competitions are conducted at 170-180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, Sydney, NSW, 2015.
11. The total prize pool for this promotion is maximum $597.00 AUD.
12. Any additional expense incurred as a result of winning this prize is the responsibility of the winner.
13. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize to be claimed within 3 months of draw date. Where prize is a voucher, prize valid for 12 months only.
14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. Inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
