Sydney is known as being a hub for tasty events but there isnt an event more delicious (and more indulgent!) than The Hunter Valley Gardens Chocolate Festival.

Heading into its fourth year, the festival has promised to be bigger, better and sweeter than ever...and NinetoFive is giving away five golden tickets (aka five double passes) to the festival.

For two days, on August 6 and 7, the Hunter Valley Gardens will be transformed into a chocolate lovers Heaven with cooking demonstrations by some of Australias finest celebtiry chefs, including Adriano Zumbo (Masterchef and Zumbo on SBS), Justine Schofield (former Masterchef contestant) and Ed Fast Eddy Halmagyi (Better Homes and Gardens).

Check out our interview with Masterchef contestant Justine Schofield wholl be cooking at the Chocolate Festival

As well as some seriously sweet cooking demonstrations, there will be a Cup Cake Kitchen, Kidspace (an area specifically for kids), gourmet eateries.and of course free chocolate tastings.

Other highlights of the event include:

Celebrity Cafe - The Celebrity Cafe will be located in the Eat Street area (formal garden). All the celebrities featured at the event will design a 2 course menu matched with a wine. Visitors will have the opportunity to purchase one of these lunch specials and enjoy discovering the tastes designed by our celebrities.

Eat to the Beat - You can grab a bite to eat, and sit and enjoy our eat to the beat concert stage. Featuring professional musicians, youll enjoy quality music in the fresh air surrounded by the beauty of the gardens.

Degustation Dinner a special chocolate inspired seven-course degustation dinner prepared by award winning Hunter Valley Gardens Executive-Chef Nick Vivian and award-winning Dessert Chef Anna Polyviou from Bathers Pavilion Sydney.

Live Patisserie Kitchen - Located in the sunken garden the festival will feature a Live Patisserie kitchen where skilled chefs will be preparing breads, pastries, truffles and desserts. Everything prepared will be offered up as tastings for free, so if youre lucky enough to be there when the food comes out of the oven, youll be in for a real treat.

Chocolate Pavilion - The festival will feature a representation of many of the Boutique Chocolate providers within NSW, and will also have a wonderful representation of patisseries, desserts, breads and truffles. These providers will be in our Chocolate pavilion, which will come alive with the tastes, smells and delights of chocolate.
